A Wetherspoons barmaid has landed her dream job fitting into jars at the circus.
Jade Morgan, 22, has found her “life-long dream” of working with former Britain’s Got Talent finalists, Circus of Horrors, by squeezing her entire body into a jar.
The Wetherspoon’s barmaid applied for the role after coming across a vacancy looking for a “pickled person”.
The role described seeking someone who was ‘fexible, “not suffer from claustrophobia” and prove they can fit into a 2ft high by 18in wide jar.
And it seemed to be a perfect match for Jade who trained at home in preparation for her audition, squeezing into washing baskets, cupboards and even a washing machine.
She is now delighted to have been offered the £400-a-week job after being a fan of the Circus of Horrors since she was 14.
Jade said: “It has been my life-long dream to be in the Circus of Horrors and I finally got the bottle to approach them about getting the job.
“It was a bit scary at first but I got my mum to help me squeeze into tight spaces to practice such as laundry baskets and cupboards.
“I really enjoy my job at Wetherspoons and I am thankful to my bosses for giving me time off to run away with the circus.
“Having just finished a run of Halloween shows I am very excited to be performing in my home town this week.”
John Haze, Circus of Horrors director, said: “Jade is a perfect bottle blonde to become a pickled person and the act is always a crowd favourite.”
The show continues its tour across the UK.
